All went well on day two. We started at 9:00 A.M. and we just finished at a little before six. PHEW!! We're very tired, but we had a lot of fun. I iced all the sheet cakes today and Marissa baked the bottom tier of the wedding cake. Don't judge our pictures...I'm convinced that baking for nine hours in a hot kitchen is NOT good for one's complexion!!! = )

I can't believe you baked someone's wedding cake! That's amazing. I'm not even allowed to carry important cakes from one room to another. I'm only allowed to lick the bowl... though it's a pretty good job.
Yes...that sounds like alot more fun!!
